Paolo Vivian was invited to participate in international curatorial project with title "exi[s]t>15 bulart". The exhibition noted 15 anniversary of Bulart gallery. Vivian participated with other 20 artists from Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Ireland and Netherlands. The second part of the project is the book with images of the exhibition and interviews with the authors. the title of the book is "exi[s]t.the verbal self-portrait of the artist now".presentation will be in the end of january 2012. Duration of the exhibition is from 9 december 2011 to 30 january 2012. Place: Bulart gallery, Varna, BG

8 October - 6 November 2011, Italy, Trento, Bookique Caffe Letterario, "Il libro che non c`e", exhibition of artist`s books
On 8th October 2011 in Bookique Caffe Letterario in Trento, Italy is opening of the collective show , organized by FIDA- Trento / Federation of Italian contemporary artists, branch Trento/. The exhibition has a title "Il libro che non c`e" /"The book which is not there"/. Presentation is by art critic Paolo Zammatteo. Paolo Vivian will participate with his new work a panel by colored wood with title " Il libro che non ho letto per non dover dipingnere" /"The book which didn`t read for have not to paint"/. It was made specifically for the occasion.

2 - 4 september 2011, Italy, Predazzo (TN), Rifugio Gardoné in Latemar, First symposium for sculpture in wood “ The dragons in the sculpture”
First Symposium of wood sculpture inspirited by the legendary winged creatures that populated the Latemar. For three days "Te Dragon Forest" will be dedicated for art and entertainment. Six well-known sculptors are invited to create works of art to be installed along the Land Art's path "the Dragon Forest". Paolo Vivian will partecipate with Lara Steffe, Marco Nones, Federico Vanzo, Roberto Boninsegna and Roberto Merotto in “Dragon sculpture” symposium.

Paolo Vivian partecipate in final phase of IVth edition of International wooden sculpture project "Sei x Sei" in Baselga di Piné, Italy. The event is organised of Azienda per il Turismo Altopiano di Piné - Valle di Cembra. Base sponsor are STIHL e Dorigoni S.p.A. The other selected artists for this edition are Aldo Pallaro (IT), Roberto Piazza (IT), Girts Burvis (LV), Daniela Romagnoli (IT) and Roberto Merotto (IT).

On 12th August 2011/Friday/ at 7 pm in Palazzo Libera , Villa Lagarina , Trento is opening of the exhibition "Memoria&Materia" ("Memory &Matter"). The exhibition is a result of artistic dialogue between Paolo Vivian and Enrico Farina. The event is organized by Municipality of Villa Lagarina. The presentation and critic text - prof. From 6th to 8th May in Italy, in San Pietro di Barbozza is organized the third national symposium for sculpture in wood. Paolo Vivian was invited to participate with other six Italian sculptors. The subject of this edition is "The future". The artistic director of the symposium is arch. Davide Bigatello.

From 16th February to 13th March 2011 Paolo Vivian participate wth five sculptures in IVth annual exhibition of TuningArt association. The exhibition is based in the space of Distillerie Marzadro in the city of Nogaredo, Trento, Italy. The title of the project is "Sintonizzando Arte e Arti....". The event is organized of TuningArt and also the catalogues was edited for it.
The opening is on 16th February 2011 at 6 pm.
